Introduction

It takes between 200 generations and 20,000 years for Homo Sapiens to evolve genetically. Therefore, your 1 current body is designed for an active hunter-gatherer lifestyle, food scarcity, prolonged hunger, and simple social interactions, instead of mass food production, AI-assisted convenience, electronic device and stress dominated lifestyle, billions of people connected by social media. Your current body and mind don’t work in today’s environment, and your struggle is logical. The world’s path can be redirected from the current chaos to a better future only when each Sapiens takes up their own course. It has to start from being healthy – mind and body. Believe it – Sapiens as a whole can make a difference.
